This partly autobiographical solo by contemporary live artist Lorin Sookool interprets the dancing body as a previously colonised state. It engages with the political through a very personal and embodied experience, where movement is used to trace and unpack the violent erasure of Lorin's Black African identity during her formative years.
Lorin embarks on a journey of remembering, restoring and repositioning her brown body.
