Sliding scale prices: many people face financial barriers and we keep ticket prices as low as we can by offering sliding scale access to all shows. Please pay what you can afford, to ensure everyone can access inspiring live art.

Low-income/artist rate: as many people, including artists, students and seniors, are living below the poverty line, we offer $25 tickets and cover service fees.
Policies: online ticket sales end 5 minutes before showtime. Tickets must be purchased online, in advance. There's no in-person box office at events. Please be prepared to present your mobile tickets at the venue. Tickets are non-refundable, subject to availability and subject to change.

VIDF 2025 performance venues the Roundhouse, Annex, Vancouver Playhouse and 312 Main are accessibile facilities with all-gender washrooms.
All shows/events are sold as general admittance without reserved seating.
Should you need accessible seating, please speak to a VIDF team member upon arriving or email zoe@vidf.ca in advance and we will reserve a seat for you.
Please do not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or are expriencing symptoms of illness, including fever, chills, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell and/or shortness of breath.
If you are ill, please reach out to zoe@vidf.ca at least four hours before showtime. Tickets and passes are non-refundable, but are transferrable in the case of illness.
VIDF 2025 tickets are issued via email through Showpass, our official ticketing platform. If you haven’t received your tickets, please check your junk or spam.

Additionally, Showpass will send a reminder email 24 hours before your event, which includes your tickets as a PDF attachment.
